  	Hoping someone can help us identify Elizabeth's parents. Among others, we suspect the Smith families who were near neighbors to Herman Unger in 1790 and 1800. They apparently didn't leave wills in Berks County. I've found nothing to suggest they moved from Berks County EXCEPT a mention in Herman Unger's will that son Daniel is late of Berks County. This implies that, while Daniel was resident in Berks for every census year, at the time the estate was settled he was living elsewhere. Perhaps with inlaws? We've found baptism records for several of Daniel & Elizabeth's children: Sarah, Esther, Elizabeth and Isaac, but not for Lovina, Caroline and Susanna (4th, 5th and 6th of their known children). We've looked through all the Smith wills at the courthouse for the date range that would include Elizabeth's probable parents, and we are expanding that range to look for possible siblings who died without issue and named Elizabeth or her children as heirs. So far no luck. We'll be posting that information as time permits.
