Una Kline, 75, Rehrersburg, died Nov. 18, 2009, of natural causes, in St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Township.
Her husband, Walter S. Kline, died in 2004.
Born in the County of Tipperary in Ireland, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Agnes (O'Grady) Daly.
Mrs. Kline was an active traveler, having moved from Ireland to London, England, during the Blitz, where she spent her early years. She moved to the United States in the early 1960s where she worked in Mt. Vernon, New York.
After marrying her husband, Walter, they were stationed in Bangkok, Thailand, and later in Heidelberg, Germany.
While her husband deployed to Vietnam, she set up a home in Rehrersburg where she resided for 37 years.
After retirement, she and her husband traveled throughout the American West and enjoyed a cruise to Alaska.
She was a Roman Catholic by faith.
Surviving are two sons, Walter S. Kline II and Michael F. Kline, both of Rehrersburg; and her three cats: Biff, Socks and B.B.
Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Hill Funeral Home, Rehrersburg. Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. in the funeral home.
