Dorothy Mae Ernst, age 82, of Bridgeport, CT., died Tuesday, June 10, 2003, in the Maefair Heath Care Center.
She was the wife of the late Robert R. Ernst.
Survivors include four sons: Robert Ernst, Thom Ernst, Peter Ernst and David Ernst; three daughters: Dorothy Baylor, Lois Barker and Sue Burke; one brother, two sisters, 12 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2003, at the Black Rock Congregational Church, Fairfield CT. The family prefers in lieu of flowers contributions be made to either the Center County Christian Center, 100 Hertzler Dr., Bellefonte, Pa.; 16823, the Gideon's International, PO Box 140800, Nashville, TN 37214-0800, the Mayer Community Church, 5th & Main, Mayer, AZ 86333, or the Manzanita Baptist Church, 2040 Golden Gate Avenue, Kingman, AZ 86401. The Spear Funeral Home, 39 S. Benson Rd. Fairfield is in charge of arrangements.
