Paul Schmeck, 81, Ruscombmanor Township, died Sept. 4 in his residence.
He was the husband of Miriam V. (Reber) Schmeck.
Born in Alsace Township, he was a son of the late Alvin G. and Emma (Readinger) Schmeck.
Paul worked for Keystone Produce Co. for 32 years and then for Pioneer Craftsman, Reading, for 12 years.
Surviving are seven sons: Raymond N., Fayetteville, Ga.; Richard W., Kutztown; Paul D., Carlisle; Bruce W., Reading; David N., Fleetwood; Mark E., Fleetwood, and Matthew D., Kutztown.
Other survivors include three daughters: Eileen J. (Schmeck) Matz, Kutztown; Ellen R. (Schmeck) Phillips, Fleetwood, and Andrea B. Schmeck, Blandon.
There are also 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Mae A. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 117 W. Main St., Fleetwood. Visitation 10 a.m. to time of service. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
