Robert Hughes Workman, 97, a resident of the Homewood Retirement Center, Martinsburg, formerly of Saxton, died Saturday, Jan. 20, 2001, at the retirement center. Born May 18, 1903, in Kearney, he was the son of the late David Frank and Lena Mae (Hughes) Workman. He was united in marriage to Edith E. Smith Sept. 7, 1931, in Huntingdon. She preceded him in death March 20, 1977.
