James D. Rissmiller Jr., 70, of South Richmond Street, Fleetwood, died of natural causes March 6 at 12:30 p.m. in Reading Hospital, where he had been a patient since Feb. 24.
He was the husband of Anneliese (Weigl) Rissmiller.
Born in Fleetwood, he was a son of the late James D. and Pauline R. (Heller) Rissmiller.
Rissmiller was employed for 42 years by Dick's Service Station, Fleetwood, retiring in 1999.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Rissmiller also is survived by two daughters, June A. (Rissmiller) Ehrgood and Monika (Rissmiller) Reimert, both of Fleetwood.
Other survivors include three sisters: Caroline D. Rissmiller and Lillian G. (Rissmiller) Reinhard, both of Fleetwood, and Janet D. (Rissmiller) Wentzel, Macungie, Lehigh County.
There also are six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in Mae A. Stump Funeral Home Inc., Fleetwood. Burial will be in St. Paul's Union Cemetery, Fleetwood.
