On Thursday, the 6th of March next, at the house of George Gernandt, innkeeper, in Heidelberg township, Berks county, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon: a certain tract of land situated in Heidelberg township, Berks county, adjoining lands of Jacob Ebling, Henry Hornish, Fredrick Hahn and others, containing 96 acres, more or less. On which are erected a one story stone house, a sweitzer barn, partly stone and partly log. Of the above about twenty-five acres are wooded; eight acres meadow; remainder arable. On the premises are two apple orchards, a spring near the dwelling, a stream of water flows through the premises. ----Late the estate of Peter Faust
