Delite H. Kramer, 68, of Upper Tulpehocken Twp., passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2016 in Penn State Health St. Joseph. She was the wife of Harold R. Kramer Sr. They were married on September 25, 1971 and celebrated forty-four years of marriage.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late James A. and Elda L. (Snyder) Adam.
She was a 1966 graduate of Hamburg Area High School.
Delite worked as a CNA for Berks Heim and Laurel Center. She also worked at the Bernville Wire Factory.
She was a member of Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Perry Twp.
Delite was a great mom. She enjoyed writing, word search, cooking and watching cooking shows and the Game Show Network. Delite loved her dogs.
Surviving in addition to her husband are four sons: James A. Adam, husband of Tina (Steinly), Bernville; Jayson A. Kramer, husband of Elizabeth (Dunbar), Strausstown; Harold R. Kramer Jr., husband of Tina (Oswald), Bethel; and Jonathan A. Kramer, husband of Sonia (Carasquillo), Selinsgrove; one daughter: Janelle D. Kramer, at home; and ten grandchildren: James Jr., Hope, Joshua, Zachary, Marcus, Miranda, Matt, Raphael, Jasmine and Isabella; and one great-grandson, Charles. Delite is also survived by a brother, Edmund J. Adam (Maryann); and one sister, Virginia (Adam) Shenk, both of Shoemakersville.
She was predeceased by a grandson, Dyllan Scott Adam.
Services will be held on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg. A viewing will be held in the funeral home Saturday, 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. Burial will be private in Zion's Cemetery, Perry Twp.
