Services for Staff Sgt. William P. Kline of Duncan; Okla., formerly of Kutztown R 1, who died July 30 in the Army Hospital in Landstuhl, Germany were held Wednesday.from the William S. Fritz Funeral Home, Kutztown. Military services and burial were held in Hope Cemetery, Kutztown. Born in Maxatawny Township, a son of the late William H. and Carrie E. (Dey) Kline, Sgt. Kline was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars and was stationed with the 60th Ordnance Co. in Landstuhl. He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Duncan, Okla. Surviving are his widow, Ellen (Holtzclaw) Kline, at home in Duncan; two daughters: Patricia L. and Charlotte A. both at home; three sons: Howard, at home, and Michael J. and DanieI P., both of Topton; seven sisters: Lovie E., wife of Herbert Stump, and Mae E., widow of Warren Haas, both of Kutztown; Anna V., wife of Onysyp Spinka, Temple; Elsie B., wife of Robert Luckenbill; Marian P. wife of Herman Pieller, and Nancy L., wife of Gunther Driemel, all of Kutztown R. 1, and Catherine J. wife of Edmund Pieller, Robesonia. R l, and: six brothers: Francis R., Dallas R., Dennis C. and Roy A., all of Kutztown R. 1; Robert P., Kutztown, and George W., Mertztown.
