Guy F. Kerschner Sr., 92, formerly of Schuylkill Haven, died early Thursday at Butler Valley Manor, Drums, where he had resided since June 2009.
Born in Schuylkill Haven, he was a son of the late Charles and Anna Keller Kerschner. He spent most of his life in Drums.
Surviving are his wife of 71 years, the former Alice Otto, also a resident of Butler Valley Manor; sons, Guy F. Kerschner Jr., Paden, Okla., and William Kerschner and his wife, Betty, Alma, Ark.; a daughter, Diane Griffith, Drums; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a brother, Glen Kerschner, Cressona; a sister, Beatrice Morgan, Pine Grove; nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Butler Chapel of Krapf & Hughes Funeral Home Inc., 530 W. Butler Drive, Drums.
