Howard E. Ruhf, 95, passed away on October 9, 2022 at Keystone Villa of Fleetwood where he resided. He was the loving husband of Arlene (Wildermuth, Reber), Ruhf with whom he spent 64 years of marriage. Howard was born October 16, 1927 in Merztown, Pa.and served in The U.S. army. He retired from Lucent Technology. Surviving in addition to his wife is his daughter Linda Hilton, wife of Rusty Hilton, stepson Ralph Reber husband of Betty Reber. And also a predeceased son Dennis Ruhf. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Geoffrey Taft Jr. husband of Jennifer Taft, Alan Taft husband of Manon Taft, Chad Reber husband of Terri Reber, Alison Olinger wife of Phillip Olinger. He also has 4 great grandchildren, Alivia, Jonathan, and Daniel Olinger, Kennedy Cambora-Paston wife of Arron Paston. He has one remaing sister Dorothy Hinnershitz. A special thank you to the staff of Aseracare and Keystone Villa for their compassionate care during his illness. Services are private at the convenience of the family.
