MYERSTOWN -- Bernetha H. Yiengst, 84, of 116 S. Broad St. died Saturday in Hershey Medical Center.
She retired as a machine operator from the former Publix Shirt Co.; was a member of Zion (Goshert's) United Church of Christ, Mount Zion, the Marion Twp. Senior Citizens and the Myerstown Golden Agers; and enjoyed crossword puzzles and playing bingo.
Surviving are her husband, Eugene W. Yiengst; a son, James H., and a sister, Hilda Graby, both of Myerstown; two grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in her church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Grose Funeral Home.
