Darrell L. Fitterling, 45, Bern Township, was pronounced dead on arrival on Sept. 17 in Reading Hospital.
He was the husband of Annette S. (Greusel) Fitterling.
Born in West Reading, he was a son of Kenneth G. and Betty (Rentschler) Fitterling, Centre Township.
He was employed as a production worker for Glen-Gery Brick Corporation, Perry Township, last working Friday.
He was a graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School.
He is also survived by a son, Chad M. Fitterling, at home.
Other survivors include a maternal grandmother, Mabel (Botlz) Rentschler, Centre Township.
Services will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in Leibensperger Funeral Home Inc., Centerport. Burial will be in Fairview (Belleman?s) Cemetery, Centre Township. Friends may call Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the March of Dimes Blue Jeans for Babies, c/o Gage Personnel, 2001 State Hill Road, Wyomissing, PA 19610.
