The Fort Wayne native was a retired employee of Navistar after 22 years of service, Memorial Coliseum for 20 years and Knights Inn for 17 years. He was a member of Eagles Lodge 248 and a World War II Navy veteran. Surviving are his wife, Audrey W.; a son, Thomas S. of Lawrenceville, Ga.; daughters, Gail L. Craig of Van Wert, Ohio, and Margo S. Glunt of Boothbay, Mass.; a sister, Carol Beerbower of Fort Charlotte, Fla.; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, with calling from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery.
