from Robin: Ellamae Pinkerton Anderson was a daughter of Lida (Lydia) Ulrich. Ellamae Pinkerton married Clyde A. Anderson on March 30 1940. I have wedding photos.
They had a daughter Cheryl Joy Anderson born Dec. 30th 1944. She married Richard Allen Kell, Sr. of Highspire, PA, on Nov. 25, 1967, in Camp Curtin Memorial Methodist Church in Harrisburg. I was an usher. This was the Lida Pinkerton and Walter White Pinkerton, and Ellamae's and my mother's, and mine, family church.
Cheryl's husband Richard was born on May 25, 1946. Cheryl and Richard Kell had a son, Richard Allen Kell, Jr., born Oct. 18, 1972. heryl died at home in Galletine, Tenn., on March 14, 2007, 3 weeks before I was to visit her there. Her husband and son are still alive. Her son is unmarried and has no children.
Ellamae and Cylde Anderson also had a son named Dennis Walter Anderson, born May 15, 1951. Known to all as Denny, he died in a Cumberland County hospital for the poor sometime between te summer of 2012 and 2016. Nobody was informed when it happened. He had no children. My best guess is 2013 to 2015 I have contacted Richard Kell in Tennessee because I think he got the paperwork on Denny's death. I hope to hear back in a week. There are no records for Denny on Family Search or Find A Grave. He was cremated. He and his father Clyde were the very Black Sheep of the Family. |
