Shana Brook Katz, 33, of Hamburg, died Friday, November 9, 2012 in the Reading Hospital.
Born in West Reading, she was the daughter of Gale A. Uberti, Hamburg; and the late Steven R. Katz. Shana was a 1997 graduate of Hamburg Area High School and also graduated from Barbazon School of Modeling, Allentown.
Surviving in addition to her mother is one daughter: Kiera Haze Correll; one son: Cohen Stone Steven Correll, both of Hamburg; one sister: Shyann Lake Katz, Auburn; her maternal grandmother: Esther H. Uberti, Hamburg; and her paternal grandmother: Mary Ann Leisey, Hamburg. Shana is also survived by her aunts, uncles, and cousins who will all miss her dearly.
Services will be on Thursday at 8:00 pm from The Bridge Church, 3561 Old Route 22, Hamburg. A viewing will be held in the church Thursday 6:00 to 8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg, PA 19526, in memory of Shana Brook Katz. Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., Hamburg is in charge of arrangements.
